Firstly let me wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!

A little late – but it’s been crazy here!!!

It only seems like yesterday I was posting Goldendoodles in the snow photos!!!

A year on and little Millie (ok not so little lol) still loves the white stuff!!!

Although snowmen scare the pants off her!!!

They say never work with kids or animals…

So typically the day I took the video camera…

Our Goldendoodle was brave as can be!!!

If only we could have captured her first sight of a snowman!!!

It truly was hilarious…

Millie is very excited at the moment…

Not I hasten to add that we’re off to Goa for two weeks very soon…

But more because she gets to spend a whole fortnight with her greatest friend…

Biddy and Millie together means trouble!!!

A special thanks to Paddy and Lynn!!!

We’re going to miss her terribly but she’s in great hands…

And sure to have loads of fun!!!

OK I’m off to pack my bikini and sun tan lotion…:)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Millie!!!

Yes our little Goldendoodle puppy Millie is one today!!!

And my how she’s grown!!!



This Is My Rock Chick Look

No Pictures I’m Famous!!!

Seems like only yesterday this little bundle of fluff arrived…

She has been an absolute star through house moves – builders you name it…

And all that life can throw at a baby puppy Goldendoodle!!!

House training was a complete breeze…

There’s been no chewing – OK we had a little “mouthing” as a 3 month old pup…

She isn’t fussy over feeding – has excellent table manners!!!

And as she gets that little bit older maybe the “dog people blindness” might stop!!!

As in – “Oh dog / people ” Millie charges over to say Hi!!!

But truly she has been an absolute angel – a real pleasure and a real intregal part of our family…

She shall be celebrating her first birthday with what else but a swim in the local river!!!

If you’re looking for the perfect loving soft fluffy family pet…

I shall keep saying it – BUY A GOLDENDOODLE PUPPY!!!!

IN all seriousness we got Millie from Gundogs UK…

And we can only highly recommend them…

They really are superb breeders…

So now there really are no excuses!!!

Right we’re off for her birthday swim…

Speak Up! I Have A Leaf For An Ear…

The vets are stumped and so are we…

It seems overnight Millie the Goldendoodle puppy…

Has grown a leaf for her left ear!!!

Only joking – but what a super photo that is – haha the pose leaves (ouch) a bit to desire…

She’s such a hussy – can’t imagine where she gets it from…

Okay onto the matter of Millie’s first week of walks…

She has been absolutely fantastic…

Sure there’s been the odd noise – particularly from buses…

And she’s jumped – shivered and tried to wrap herself around our legs…

We’ve resisted too much fuss and simply gently led her past any problems…

The first free run was absolutely amazing…

The training we have done with her on recall has been well worth it…

It’s a sheer delight to see this white bullet come tearing across the field at the call of her name…

She’s a little unsure of the water at this point…

I hasten to point out it barely comes to her knees!!!

She kind of sniffs at it splashes a bit then runs away!!!

As for puddles far from splashing into them – Millie tends to skirt around them…

The look of disdain on her face at other dogs paddling is funny…

I hope she loses this and becomes a bit more tomboyish – one lady in the house is enough haha…

However water does of course have dangers…

Especially crocs and that’s where little Millie comes into her own…

If there’s a croc about this little hunter will find it…

Drag it to her lair and munch on it happily for an age…

I’m Sorry For Whatever I’m Supposed to have Done…

She’s now three months old and growing so very fast…

It only seems like yesterday we brought this tiny scared bundle of fluff home…

She has her mad moments and of course the garden looks like a bombsite with doggy craters everywhere…

But we wouldn’t swap her for the world…

She’s bright as a button funny cheeky and very very loving…

Anyone looking for a puppy will do no better than a Goldendoodle…
